Sorry to disappoint. I have not had time to tinker with any more designs. Keeping up on the daily orders is keeping me busy. My kids are even doing the packaging for me (for a price of course).

took mine out and sanded all the top edges a bit, its a much less scratchy experience without the sharp edges. :D

One other thing that works well is to use a lighter or propane torch to smooth and round the edges a little. Do it a little at a time so you don't mark or warp the plastic. These are cut out of 1/8" plastic sheet so the edges do make a square corner with the main flat surface.

You might be trying to put it in wrong. I have it in my '12 access cab with no modification.

Looking for ideas on new places to sell these organizers. TW, CL, and EBAY keep a few orders a day coming in but there are millions of Gen2's on the road. What other sites do you guys use for Tacoma fun / info?

I looked at the fees for Amazon a couple days ago and they are worse than EBAY. BTW I checked and yours should arrive by Saturday. Post office was closed Monday and slowed things down.

Doing a quick search I found these. Hopefully they pan out as it's a great idea and you should probably work on a patent.
