Hmm, I was going to go with either the H1's or D2S as my budget is limited and skills are subpar. I will have to look into the process and funds. Also I might wait since I won't have any warranty through TRS buying them off him. I'm sure I won't need any warranty, but it's nice to have. Thanks for the heads up though!

True, I saw your last set and was very impressed. I actually was going to buy the kit you bought off here, but missed it by 15 minutes. I feel like with this project I'd want the satisfaction of doing it myself. Thanks for the offer!

Eh I bought my SAW's with the money instead, so didn't turn out bad. Yeah I might just wait for the next one. Thanks for the help and putting this whole thing together.

If anyone with the Mini H1 and the Mini Gattling shrounds has any tips on how to attach the shrouds, I'm all ears. Otherwise, I'm just going to JB Weld them together.

JB Weld did the trick for me. Went through some whoops and ruts and my shouds stayed on

If I JB Weld them, I'm not worried about them falling off :)

I did the same thing with the shrouds on my fog lights, I just wasn't sure if there was an easier way to get them centered up and secured.

make sure the projector solenoid wiring is on the bottom...the solenoid should be on the bottom, if you decide to put the wiring above the projector, that's your choice, but make sure the solenoid is on the bottom

i had the same problem with my 2000 headlights. I bought spare ebay ones to do the retrofit with and they had different sealant that doesn't melt in the oven. i had to cut part of the headlight so i could get something in there to pry it apart. it still got a little messed up tho

Yours came with the screws?? I finally figured out that I can sort of screw mine in, 3 out of 4 holes line up with each projector. I was just going to head to the hardware store and pick up some screws but I'll empty the box and look for them.

Thanks for the heads up, that'll be easier to get the lined up than JB welding them to the bowl, plus it'll mean no permanent modification to the headlight housing.
