    I've been searching for about 20 minutes now and I still can't find the thread that I'm thinking of. I remember seeing a picture of an Impulse Red single cab with the X-Runner bodykit and wheels.

    I'm trying to convince my girlfriend that if she gets a Tacoma, that she should let me convert it to a Mini X-Runner.

    Can anybody help?

    its a lot easier to cut off of the body kit than it is to stretch it

    yeah...cut them to size for the parts under the doors and glass em together....IF the DC was dropped like an X, i think it'd look pretty badass. i saw the pics of the bagged/bd'd 2nd gen from sema and they looked sweet

    Sorry if I didn't clarify. Enola owns an original SRunner and then purchased the modified 4 door "SRunner". I forget the name of the individual who did the work but he did a fantastic job on the conversion.

    01 SR: Double Cab conversion, S/C, lowered.
    Correct ...

    The quite talented guy who built the Double Cab SR is Glen Magrino. He's 'lobody94' on CT; I don't know offhand if he's on TW.

    There have also been a handful of other pre-2005 Double Cab -onto- XtraCab cab / bed swaps, mainly on 4X4's. I think there are at least 3 such swaps documented over at TTORA.
