I picked up one of the new breakdown models, it is pretty slick. I have it fitted with iron sights that resemble the AR15 sight picture.

Looks great, Where did you get the material to do the dipping, I have painted some AR-15 with Desert Dig and Urban and it was a bitch to tape it all off and paint, I used Dura-coat, so it held up great and was easy to work with, but the perp time was hours
Nice work, Is that a Bell and Carlson Odyssey, I have stock make by them as well it is a really great fitting stock

How do you like the "barracuda" stock, I love the way mine fits my hands, almost like it was custom made for me. They all look great.

I like it, I picked it from a guy on e-bay, and got lucky because it turned out to be solid walnut, It fits very well, and I like the way the brown and red go together.

I hate those hacks on that show, "Sons of Guns". I feel sure I'd hit the smart-ass owner (Will) in the mouth. The whole premise is total bullshit. Y'all should read some of the commits over on silencerforums.com

Ordered my VQ hammer yesterday. Im excited to finally change the stock trigger pull to something decent.

Next step is figuring out which ammo doesnt stovepipe in my Adams and Bennett barrell.

Might not be the ammo. My bud has a A&B bull that's a tack driver. I as well, have a A&B sporter profile that's a shooter. Good barrels for the money IMO.

I installed a VQ extractor and string and it has helped a bit. The issue that I have may not be stove piping exactly. What happens is the spent shell does not clear the chamber completely before the action start closing again. The shell will get pinched between the bolt and the frame of the action. The shell just isnt being thrown far enough and fast enough. It doesnt do it will quality match ammo ever. Typically it happens with bulk federal ammo, and happens about 20% of the time.
