    my buddy who built my bumper does...he's a busy guy though so idk how accessible the bender would be and idk how portable it is...

    $100 at harbor freight his is similar to this one...nothing fancy, but slightly better than ^this one

    Tried it and it kinks the tubes. Even when you pack them really good with sand. Same thing.
