    I try not to put up with bullies anymore. Ever since I graduated, I realize you have to fend for yourself and tell people where to go when they fuck with you. I get pissed off when people try to fuck with me. That's from being pushed around in school.

    Really? how 'bout trying to think of how trapped that person must have felt. What mental bullshit they had going on that pushed them to killing themself? You think this person did this to say "HA HA!!!" No. This person needed to escape. This child felt that removing herself from this rock was the easiest decision to make, rather than wake up in her life another day. Perhaps this girl didnt know how to ask for the help? Perhaps she TRIED, but her parents blew her off?

    Shitty parents..They arent the only help. You can walk into a hospital and tell someone whats going on, I'm more then sure they can, and will help you.

    Truth is, none of us will know. It is a shame the girl had to do what she had to do, but there is help, regardless.

    I have seen too much life and death over the years for it to affect me I guess.

    I think alot of us were bullied as youngins...I was to the point that the cops were called, and the dude that created the website that started it all, had to be pulled out of class and shut the site down.

    There may be help availible, but did YOU know how shit worked when you were 15? I bet not. And when you are in a situation like this, you seek out someplace of security...i.e. Home. You dont venture outside to go to a hospital or the like. Your security is home/parents. if an adult kills themselves, then I can undserstand your comments (barely), but a child is already confused by life (to a degree), and emotional. With the influence of atagonistic assholes, this gets worse. most teens are simply seeking acceptance from their peers. They do stupid shit to gain acceptance. They might be doing somthing thats not a very good idea, but its up to adults to be there to aid/listen/comunicate that the things they might be doing are wrong. A child being driven to suicide is a tradgety. Period.

    Agreed, to a kid its confusing. I never grew up in a house that was "a home" per say. My parents and I never got along, still really dont. I can't talk to them about a whole lot, most of the shit I have dealt with growing up, i dealt with myself..Did I kill myself? Obvioulsy not. Have I tried? No.

    The thought didnt even cross my mind when I was a kid. Its so easy for these kids to give up these days its unreal.

    I'm done on this before I get banned.:mad:

    This happened to me across the highway in Three hills. I know the medics who attended this.

    I don't recall people killing themselves back in the day when I was growing up and bullying was going on.

    What you have to remember is as EMS and Joe as a Hose Monkey AKA Gumby AKA Mattress holder AKA Fire Fighter, we see far worse shit than most. Ever been on a Res? Those kids there have it far worse. Just keep that in mind when we say these kids seem to be giving up a lil easy.

    What happened to this girl, and anyone else who have had similar experiences, is a tragedy. Yes she made a few bad decisions, but everyone has. It's called growing up. In an ideal world we learn from them and move on. In this world, those decisions are sometimes used to torture or torment. I have worked with kids of all ages who have had experiences that no one should have, and it's very hard for a teenager to ask an adult for help. They think they are grown up and should be able to deal with things, and they are ashamed and embarassed when they can't. For something like this to happen to me would result in police charges for stalking and assault. For it to happen to her, resulted in feelings of shame and depression so deep that she felt that there was no other way out. I understand that suicide leaves behind a lot of feelings of sadness, anger, and confusion; but I can't even imagine the pain that a person would feel to think that dying was the better choice. This story and video should serve no other purpose than to show everyone how vigilant we all have to be in protecting our children, and our friends children, and our neighbors children, and any other child out there who feels that this is their only choice.
