Dude, I love it. I saw that cross check and wondered A-why wasn't the goal called off for goalie interference and B-Why didn't some one drop gloves in honor of Varly...

I'm actually half surprised Varlamov didn't get up and do something after watching him slap Avery in the face a few times w/ his stick in Rd 1.

Wow that was brutal! Even if the dipshit ref thought the puck was covered the puck was in the net before he blew the whistle - shouldn't that be a goal:confused:

    Yep.
Yes. It SHOULD be. there is going to be a lot of talk about this. i still can not believe it. no review, nothing. doesn't matter if it is t-ball or the stanley cup playoffs you never want to see the officials dictate a game like that. :goingcrazy:

Not to justify it, because it was BS, but they were saying that it doesn't matter when the whistle was actually blown...it matters when the Ref decided to blow the play dead. Inevitably there will be a difference in time between when he raises his hand to blow the whistle and when the whistle is actually blown. Again, it was BS though. It sucks that such an important game can be decided by such a crap call.

I know goddamn well and good the ref had to have had the wistle in his mouth ready to blow cause i see them do that all the time... This "delayed reaction" there talking about it crap... I Hope the Ducks get there ass handed to them tommorrow night.... GO WINGS!!!!

Yes i would think you would like to keep away from the Yankees subject and stick to hockey. Although my Sox laid an egg last night to! Good game last night! Looks like a very entertaining series for sure! :D

You've got to be kidding me! Yes, the Pens got away with a few calls but no more than the craps did. Throwing a stick at Crosby while on a breakaway...
Hockey would SUCK if they called every little freaking hit. It can be frustrating but is acceptable if the missed calls are not one sided. I think this is an AWESOME series and is what playoff hockey is all about.

Quit whining cause we're winning :D

    Let's Go Pens!!!
