I have ddm tuning 35w 6000k and they are ultra white with no blue...i love them...kind of hate how the bulbs have a reflector because it makes the cut off different but over all love them.

    Did a few needed upgrades...
New blacked out headlights and blacked out/clear corners. Since I had to remove the grille to install the lights I decided to paint it black to get rid of the chrome until I can color match it red. while installing the lights I also finished the turn signal relocation into the corner marker light housings as well. I think it looks much better now!

So much brighter than just stock bulbs, I don't have any projectors yet. I have 8k ones but mine aren't very blue... Really white. Got them from eBay 100 bucks after shipping from modify street

Are you insinuating that he may be actually trying to change the engine oil and accidentally drained the tranny? Why would he do that?!? :p He's not a 2nd gen owner! :D:cool:

With 285/75/16s what wheels backspace would have the least amount of rubbing issues?

16x8 with 3.6 back space or 16x8 with 4.3 back space?

This is frustrating. Pinch weld mod doesnt seem like a huge deal so I wouldnt mind doing that.

going to have to do the pinch weld no matter what most likely.

4'' BS on 285s is best.

between those two, the 3.6 would be the better choice.

Thanks for the response. Ive decided im just going to forget those rims altogether and go with the Pro Comp 7069s. They have one with 4" back space. So I should be good right?

Spent my morning working on my rig. I changed oil using synthetic Mobil 1 high mileage, oem Toyota oil filter, and installing a Fumoto F-103N drain valve. No more engine oil mess moving forward...well sort of... I still need to figure how to relocate the oil filter but I'll save that for another day!

    Plenty to come
Not something i did but have a question. Im going to be driving 800 miles round trip all highway and curious how many miles I can get on a tank. I have 31" tires, and a clean paper filter, 200,000, 3.4 liter, and will have a very soft foot. Oh and will be at colorado and kansas altitude Anyone have a rough estimate on mpg's or miles per tank? Thanks!
