    it is deff a pain in the ass buddy...give yourself 6hrs so you dont rush anything...good drill bits,painters tape,tapemeasure,pencil,dremel,grinder with cut off wheels are all a must to have...deff take off your tire,remove inner fender and have a couple good drop lights also....i found that modifying the stock intake tube is the best way to go to hook it up to motor....

    Build thread in sig... 4-link long travel
    pop the thing open, clean it out good, and repack it with the best marine grade grease you can find. happened to a friend's smittybilt, and once we did that, it's worked ever since, better than new. obviously not a guaranteed fix, but it worked for us.
