It was drive-able? I thought he bent a tie rod or something? Spindles and rack survived?

Myself as well....but these weren't the kind of trails where you have one hand on the wheel & the other clicking away.....

It was great to wheel with ya Connor !! & it was great to finally meet our own jeeper maniac Jason, dude, you crack me up...& your jeep is def. badass HUGE PROPS for the quality spotting.. TOP NOTCH !! , to anyone out there, if this guy is giving direction , you best follow it !!! Fantastic job buddy...:thumbsup:

& it was great seeing Tyler out there putting his products to the test, great wheeling skills , Awesome fabrications, this guy IS the shit fo' sho'....:thumbsup:

I was relieved that the group was small (especially on these types of trails)

& even more relieved I was wheeling with fellow veterans w/skills....:thumbsup:

Welcome to the steering rack club, Chris! It's a leaky journey, but you'll make it  No, but I really am sorry to hear about that. :(

I hope I'll be able to get out there some time soon. Gas and funds just haven't been meeting up well.

He has some good boots though. The boots filled up and then pushed the fluid back in the res.

The res was empty but nothing leaked. He poured half a gallon of fluid and we all thought "where is all this fluid going". Then we saw both boots the size of little nerf footballs. Crazy

I had an awesome time, also glad it was a small turnout, would have been quite the mess if we had too many more peeps.

We need to do this more often, even my wife had fun becuase I was driving slower than normal, she said she likes going when I am with people who keep me in check, lol.
Otherwise I drive the bastard like I am Ivan Stewart when I am alone!

Everybody was great people still smiling from the fun we had, and cant wait to do it again, starting to cool down so its about that time to start doing more runs. I will be camping in Ocotillo at least 1 or 2x per month so I will set up some meets at my campsite like I did last year, we had a HUGE turnout last time.

I will post more pics later on today, I have TONS!

Nice pics andrew !! Here you are bailingout on sidewinder...j/k:D

Dude you did the smart thing , especially without sliders, your door was already against that rock, that place was hard enough & as per Jason & Tyler (they were farther up) it only got worse from there...
