The Prerunner is about to get some luvin' :D

I'm getting several LED switches, some lighting, trying to organize my underhood wiring, slotted and drilled rotors, nice set of pads, backing plate eliminator kit and trunnion bearing eliminator.

    Top secret man :spy:

Nah, waterproof LED light strips from superbriteleds.com. I'm going to try to recruit some help from Jerretxx to get some ideas going as far as size and placement.

The fun part will be getting the wiring done, organized and routed. Then I gotta figure out what to do about the switches

^ For rock lights I assume? I have been looking around at rock light options. I'm curious to see what you come up with.

Yeah buddy! I'm just in the research phase right now. My big thing I want/need done is the brakes and trunnion bearings. I think mine are bad? I have a slight shift/movement when I hit the brakes. I've done some reading and anytime you put a large tire (weight) to them they don't tend to last long. So I'm thinking that's the issue.

So me and electricity have not been getting along too well here lately with the ole pile of hell. So I figure it is time to upgrade/clean up a few things.

I had one of my HID's blow already, turns out it was a 35w rated bulb and I'm running 55w ballast. So I now have the correct bulbs headed this way

I will have an update when all the goodies show up :spy:

I havent wired mine yet but i put 2 under the hood a work lights and they are BRIGHT for their size and you wouldnt have any issue filling all the dark spaces under the truck..
Heres a pic under the hood

I have already ordered some lights, I will post some pics when they get here.

I like those, and like you said, for their size those are really bright!

    Step 1 is complete :spy:

I got an Exide 78DTCXD, it is a deep cycle/cranking battery. This should meet my needs a little better. It has 750CCA, plenty for the yota. A 100 minute reserve capacity and dual terminals for the winch and other accessories. I may try get some kind of dual battery setup. My old battery isn't totally shot yet, plus I have a group 27 deep cycle laying around :D

Yeah, still running FJ40's. A buddy of mine is doing a SAS on his early 90's yota and he ended up getting an ASCO (79-81) axle. So he is buying my stock rotors and I'm going to run some drilled and slotted.

    Thanks man, I appreciate it.

How are you like the new rubbers, those things are sick!

I have stock tacoma rotors (cross drilled and slotted) If you wanna buy them, I'll sell em cheap. Unless you can't use them :p

Rubbers are doing great so far. Haven't used them too much until this weekend!! Can't wait!

Nah, with the ASCO axle I can run the FJ40's, which are vented or the stock solid rotors. I looked into the IFS hub swap with the Tacoma brake bracket, but ended up not bothering with it
