No bad at all man, good deal. My buddy had A rekluse on his crf when they first came out. It didn't seem much different than a regular clutch besides the whole not having to worry about pulling in the clutch before shifting. And you could mash onthe brakes and not kill it. Comes in handy when jumping!

Got a question for you guys. When you are cruising on the highway and let off the gas does your truck continue to cruise and the current speed then start to slow down or does the truck install just lose all the power and take a drop in speed?

Cause mine just drops the speed instantly

You're not the only one bro, mine drops instantly as well. When I changed my rear differential fluid it seemed to cruise as I let off the skinny pedal but then it goes back to dropping speed. I kind of like it as I don't have to apply my brake as often or as sudden, depending on traffic.

Any of you guys been here? I've been here a few times and love it. Anyone want to grab some burgers soon?

At first I thought it was normal then I thought maybe it wasn't so I did some searching and many people said it's engine braking  now to pin point a whining noise I hear on my truck when I step on the skinny pedal

Fresh Grill is pretty good IMO. A bit pricey but worth to try at least once if you and your wife decides to eat out.

The filter material is the same construction (aFe Pro Dry S is an aFe Pro Dry S, no matter the engine, stock AC Delco is going to just change shape, Amsoil is similar... so on).
Air intakes use the same science no matter the engine. Suck in cold air makes engine go putt putt.
A CAI for a diesel and a gas is still basically a PVC tube (or metal) with a filter at the end. They still do the same thing.

The point of the article shows how filter material stands up against particulate and flow, thus the information can be applied to pretty much all EFI engines, and most likely carbed as well since they also use filters in the same general use.

Once the air passes through the filter and goes to the next step, THAT is where the difference is. This article is not concerned with that. It is concerned with the air quality and flow that happens between the filter and whatever happens to be that next step.

    same shit as everyone else
    I'm down.

Mitch my truck does the same thing but if you are really noticing a strong decrease in speed maybe you should put it up on jack stands and take it out of gear. Spin all the tires and see if you have any rubbing. Your tires are probably to blame though as they are knobby as all hell. Plus its not exactly very areodynamic

So I got a little sideways on the Hawthorne Bridge today during a good rain. Scared the shit outta me. Was only going about 20 MPH and a gust of wind or something just pulled the rear end out and pushed the tire right into the curb. Pretty sure its slicker then driving on pure ice... never again
