Can't Mike. Snow is a big issue on all those trails as they are all around 8-10000 feet. Will weigh a lot on the winter we have

 

Well how about some rough month date estimates?

 

You can pretty much pencil it in for august. If it is a light snow winter like last year, maybe the 1st part of august.

I am glad to see you might be interested in joining in on this.

What would truly make this "event' would be to somehow combine Lander and Morrison and Beartooth into a marathon expo meet. For me, they are all relatively close together and are all worthy.

 

Yea I will. Once I get home to a computer anyways.

Right lander is a 4 hour drive south of Powell. So about 4.5 from Clark which is the bottom or Morrison.

I'd still like to take you guys to lander

 

Morrison and Goose Lake are very near one another. Look at the PDF that Lisa posted earlier. You will see Morrison is about 30-45 minute drive east of Cooke City. To be honest, Im not sure where Lander is exactly,other than I know its south of Powell. I am sure Monte will tell us.

 

That's what I was thinking. Like do Morrison and goose as a big event for more people then the lander per trails for a smaller group right after it depending on who can get 4-5 days off to wheel

 

Morrison and goose I bet could be done in two days easily. Then lander is like 4-5 hours from there. Nice drive through the wind river canyon tho. Plus we could maybe do a BBQ at my house for people to shower and hang out before going to lander. Plus Ben will want skids for lander..even goose by the looks of it

Yea maybe I can have your skids all done so we can just install them before a trail. Especially if you get a diff drop cause then my measurements would be identical to yours

 

Then ill be able to have your skids done when you come I bet

Wouldnt you want to get a front bumper before getting an ifs skid so it ties into it? Monte's skid is going to look a little different because he will probly tie his into the Elite bumper

 

Yea I'm gonna make mine flow a bit different. But the Elite bumper has the stock mount locations on it. S ill just keep it simple for him

 

Yeah i was planning on making one since my stock skid doesnt bolt up anymore. I stripped one of the front mounting holes But then i figured id wait till i got a bumper so i can bolt it up to it.

 

I would like to try to make it to this upcoming years Wyoming meet! I bought my truck at the lander dealership. So I am sure it would like to go home...

 

Just drill the hole out and tax a nut onto it then re bolt it.

Honestly..I don't have any bolts on the front on mine haha it's just resting on top of the Elite bumper tabs for bolts. It doesn't budge at all
