    I have a feeling I know what you're gonna do, but don't. Just save up a little more and supercharge it, then do the supporting mods... All of the supporting mods in the world won't make these cereal boxes any faster. Ask me how I know... :cool: After you blow that 2k on intake, headers, exhaust, tune, etc you will realize that they weren't worth it and you are now out that money and have to save up for the creme de la creme. Just my .02. Boost or money better spent elsewhere, dropping a couple hundred here or there is much easier to do.

    At the wrenchparty i got to drive Kris's truck and it had just about everything I wanted and it sounded great. I have the supercharger up on a pedalstool....like the grand daddy of a all mods. It would prolly be the final mod for my taco so idk....im still alittle unsure. I am looking at a HK 416 and a SCAR 308 since i do need a rifle....my shit was just stolen so im abit unarmed you could say....idk guys, something will happen soon cuz that money is officially in da bank today :cool:

    Yeah dude, I don't wanna burst your bubble. Having been there, done that I just want to say that when I get a new rig, I will boost first. I initially started getting little mods because of course they are cheap. What I didn't realize is that they wouldn't provide enough power gains to even hardly be noticeable due to them taking a little away from your down low power. Having 33s just amplifies the fact. If you have 2k+ sitting there and want real power, save a little more and go S/C. My truck sounds pretty mean IMO, but if you are going for just sound, intake and exhaust (no more than $600) will get you there. The supporting mods are great, if you are SUPPORTING something such as boost. If you are dead set on dropping the 2k on something right now, buy a gun. It will serve you better in the long run.

    Yeah, I fell into the same situation you're in... I want this (S/C), but I don't have the money for it yet. I want some instant gratification for my monies so imma go buy something less significant (Intake, exhaust, headers, tune)! Mine was a little more spread out, but I know where you're at. Take a step back and look at the bigger picture before making a gut shot purchase. :)

    I know man ive always wanted one and then i saw one in the sportsmans warehouse here in tucson awhile back.....i was drooling :drool::drool:

    I could potentially go do that and look for some optics if i purchase one of the 2 below :cool:

    H&K 416 w/ a 10.4 or 14.5" barrel (pictured is the 14.5") Always loved these and it would be a nice replacement to my paintball gun that had a 416 shroud on it:rolleyes:

    I'd go with the HK but I got to play with the FN in Afghan and that isr is a tough choice. Still, come to the Gunshow. Last time I bought a shit ton of practice ammo for 100$ and it all turned out to be HP Ammo

    Honestly I'd go with the H&K 416. Those are bad ass guns.

    Hey dude, funny I was just having this same discussion with my cousin who just bought the FN FAL. Sidenote though, be thinking of things to do when I come down in February. I probably only have an evening to devote to TW guys since its a family trip so I wanna make it count. I know we're taking the razors up to the dunes which should be fun.
