    welcome! i see your in chimayo, any trails out there? i have a little cabin near penasco and ive always wanted to wheel out there. ive hit up the forest roads arond there but there groomed which means there not too fun

    Thanks. There are quite a few mountain roads all with awesome scenery but like you say most are maintained but occasionally heavy rains will wash them out enough to have a little fun.

    Goose lake is a little south of Red River. There are signs you cannot miss. I would recommend going very soon as it was snowing this weekend when I was there and the trail started to freeze over in spots and the turns coming down with a cliff face on one side of you and a valley/death drop on the other side was pretty sketchy.

    Welcome! Very nice pics. I try to make it up into Colorado every fall because it is just that gorgeous. Maybe catch you at the Cedro meet. Still not sure if I'm making it.

    I've got truck projects rattling around in my brain. Seriously tired of not being able to haul people around and dreaming up crazy ideas. Starting to seriously consider finding a clean 1st Gen dcab and swap drivetrains.

    I think I'm too bored.

    Anyone got any tips for pressing out the upper ball joint?? I tried the ball joint press from autozone but it didn't fit properly and would just slip off. Also, if i unbolt the 4 bolts on the bottom by the lower ball joint will that allow me to take off the spindle so I can have a shop press the ball joints out/in??
