    He's a cute looking dog. Definitely a cuttie! The part I cannot advise you on is personality/behavior. You'll need to see what you can find out. Same with his background-find out as much as you can.

    Hes 4 months, in foster care now, but when I went to look in person he sat by his bowl and just stared at people walking by until I went to open the cage then he turned into a hyper puppy :D

    Yes.
    All of my dogs were adopted from various places. Three were adopted as puppies, the other when he was seven years old. I couldn't be happier with them. The three grew up to be great dogs. The older one has some issues but he came with a warning label.

    Oh my God, please go get that dog! He looks like such a good pup. We adopted our dog 3-1/2 years ago from a foster home (was originally in a gas shelter). She is the best dog ever. My wife said it best the other day. She said that Jasmine filled a hole in our hearts that we didn't know we had.
