    Interesting. Those are the reading that I get with my Safari. I was thinking the metal pipe was an issue I have connecting mine but maybe not. I would still like to eventually do the setup we discussed a while back using that company in CS. But Noah stole my money tree. :mad:

    could be fun...i might look into that. on a side note, i fried another CB. I figured out why they are going out... the wires i was taping into some how shorted out and were all melted. got those taken care of and im ready for another go at it

    That would be one of the reasons I dont hard wire my CB's I just buy the Cig adaptor

    it was fused, the wires melted between the tap in and the fuze....then a few flames were noticed. nothing major, didnt burn or scar anything else
