Can't put it much simpler than that...

I dont have the tools needed to complete this simple task...

4 Wheel Parts and local shops that I would actually trust to do the job right want way too much $$ for a very simple install.... So i thought I would post this here...

I'm looking for someone with experience/knowledge to install my 5100 Series Front Shocks on my 2WD Tacoma Pre Runner. I need to have the crappy 3" spacer lift removed (came w/ that when I bought it used !!! ) and I want to set the 5100's at .85 because I have no TSB so its only 3 leafs in the back...

I do not have any tools, so if you think you can do the job for me let me know when/how much $$$... I live in Venice CA. I have Tuesday and Wednesday fully open or I could meet someone on a Saturday. Would prefer to drive to you since I live in an apartment with no parking.

If interested let me know. my email is drew840@gmail.com

Just to give better idea... One shop quoted me $220 for install... Another shop that is quite a drive quoted me $160.... so if your willing to do this for any less and you have the tools and experience... the job is yours... I plan on getting alignment a day or two after install on my own...

Thanks for all the quick replys... so far I had 2 of you mention to hit up Manwithoutaplan so I pm'ed him...

Sad to say, but i have enough tools to work on my dirt bike, but dont have the jacks or space to attempt and do this install for the shocks on my own...

Love the truck... but the spacer lift is killing me and my lady hates riding in my truck because of the bumpy ride... (maybe I should keep it!!)

Wish I could do something more but finances and priorities have me stuck to just the 5100's for now and hopefully some A/T's soon...

Within two weeks of buying my truck I bought the 5100's, new rims, and the BFG Rugged Terrain's. Love the tires. I drive 50+ miles round trip every day to work and they're great on the road. I've also been off road quite a bit and they've been great there to. I highly recommend the Rugged's.
