Nice find. Im looking to pick one up sometime too. You could check the bearings and seals while its there. But otherwise just clean up the axle and roll some thick undercoating on it.

I would keep your rear suspension unless its flat or frowning.

My new, clear, shiny headlights showed up and got them installed, still doing some adjusting on them. Even with sylvania silver stars im not to sure of the quality, they just dont seem to light the same as factory housings even with the same bulbs. But hey, they look a ton better. [IMG]

5100 shocks all around, Trailmaster 2in spacers in front, add a leaf and shackels in rear, 33in Super Swampers,
Made this grille today. Used the factory grille and hacked it apart. Fixed the holes, bondo, putty, primer, then paint and baked it. Got the screen free. So I have nothing in it but time. Also ordered the front emblem from a fj. Got the idea and part number off here.

Looks good  I need to do something with my grille eventually. I want to satoshi but am thinking of just getting a mesh black grillecraft instead.

Those are to expensive IMO. I spend a day and a half making my grille and I still say I made the right choice by not buying one

Yeah, they are more expensive than making your own. But 160 bucks with free shipping and knowing it will work and look good is worth more to me I guess. We'll see though. It isn't at the top of my priorities at the moment.
