Ok, so question for the shock gurus.

I'm in the process of rebuilding my rear bypasses. First time I've done this so bear with me. I replaced all the seals including the ones in the resi. I'm at the point of reassembly, but I have no idea how far the independant floating piston inside the resi is supposed to be placed.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    But I want the details!
I've read set it at half way, I've read 2/3's from the cap with the schrader, I've read just hit it with air and call it a day.

Good luck getting your rear end to keep up with the front. They had to link the truck that they first put he kit on because the dmz rear could not keep up

I always set the Pistons 2/3 rds of the way down, away from the cap. Every manufacture has a different recommendation, 2/3 down and you will be safe with them all, except for the baby sway way ones

I run 3 euro beams. If I were to do it again, I would do 1 pencil and 2 euros on my bumper.
