Those guys are beasts.......I wonder how much roid use is going on at the upper level? Not trying to take anything away from their hard work but Greg (the founder, think that's his name) has said the only thing better at putting on muscle is crossfit on steroids!

 

I would assume there is some just like any other sport. Probably winnie or something, they can't sacrifice cardiovascular endurance just to be big. I forget who but when I was watching the games there was one chick with an obvious distended belly.

 

Your saying gh doesn't cause a distended belly?

I don't have any reason to think either way, I'm just saying I wouldn't be surprised. Nor would I be dissapointed in them.

Most of them are on low calorie diets (or low carb too) this is assumed from their forums and to also have that high of an output AND tons of strength? Maybe its done for a recovery sake but its not tested so why not?

I've just been doing some reading on the roid/test replacement in the MMA and they allow 6x the normal test levels BEFORE any red flags are raised! Essentially, everyone that looks yoked has been caught....wonder what I could do with 6x my natural levels?

 

Low carb yes, but high calorie intake from lean meat and fats. That's why they are jacked.

Oh I wish I had TV right now, a show is coming CBS I believe, its about Crossfit girls...

Those guys that were doing the 3 lifts for the cross fit had a pretty low max bench. I mean compared to their size i figured their bench would be higher. But they can probably rep 225 for days

Also those crossfit girls in the video above are ridiculously hot!!

 

CF girls is where its at. I'd go to a CF box just so I could brag that a CF girl kicked my butt...and I'd be ok with it.
