...ok, ...well i have acted in a civil manner and i believe in compliance w/ tacomaworld TOS, and i have not resorted to cussing/cursing/etc... it's one thing to disagree w/ what i'm saying, ...another to intimidate...

What about innocent others rights? Why should it be okay to impose danger and inconvenience on others because you want to have a smoke? I am really okay with this law.

...because it's private property to begin w/, ..not gov't property... also, i'm not sure there is a danger and inconvenience outside the unit... smoke could just as easily go out an open window of a single-family home as it could out the window of a multi-family dwelling...

Well now your reaching a bit. Do I need to point out the difference? The unit you refer to is a section of a larger unit, not a stand alone. Are you saying that smoke going out the window might travel off to another open window and enter it at a concentration that might endanger people within that separate stand alone structure? I lived in a multi family condo unit and when someone smoked somewhere, everyone suffered, Outside nobody suffered.

I didnt read through every post here but I agree with the OP, The government is doing its best to strip every right we have as americans. They dont care what the Constitution says, and what rights we are garanteed. It always starts small like this. Also kinda like freedom of religon where "Obama Care" dictates to religous organizations what coverage they MUST have no matter what their religous belief may be.

So to the OP. . . . I stand with you Sir!

This law only applies too duplexes, apartments and other multifamily homes. Last I checked the people living in these buildings don't own them. They only rent them. I see this as being no different than banning smoking in a mall, or other public building.
