    So wired from relay to lights with 12 gauge.... Split in a 3 way Y with equal distances. Fired it up with just two outside lights connected bam both came on. Turned it off, tried again a few minutes later and now just one comes on....wtf can't get the other side to fire and obviously the middle. The ballasts and light works cuz I got to come on already. I tried unplugging the one that lights and do just other side and nothing! So pissed.

    Does the ground wire need to be bumped up from 14 to 12 gauge? I'm ready to just throw all this bullshit away and buy a led bar!!!!!

    Relax turbo. You're close.
    Cut your Y. Power one light on at a time and make sure they all fire. It's either a ground issue or a power issue. The wiring behind the Y is solid.

    They all fire, moved ground to bumper by frame same deal..... First time I tried the two outside fired( middle was disconnected ) turned off tried again and only one :(

    My battery is old and I've been told its testing low, would this affect it? It starts fine with out hesitation. I don't think this would be it but? I had truck running each time I tried lights.

    Low voltage can make all kinds of weird shit happen. If they are HID, HID's require 2x the amperage during warm up (first 10 seconds). But if your truck's running, the alternator should be doing all the work. Unless you're alternator is going bad too....

    I'd help you in a hot second if I was there mang. Only so much I can do from a computer.
