Jet Performance Upgraded ECU 2001 V6 taco

I have a used ECU that was run in my truck 2001 4x2 V6, It has be upgraded by Jet performance, its setup to work with a Cold air intake (any make/model) or the deck plate mod with high flow filter, and a cat back exhaust. Will produce 14-15HP to the wheels, and matching TQ numbers. Will only work on 2001 tacoma, no other years. Price is $350 shipped. let me know if you have any questions.

 

why won't it work with 02, 03, or 04 models?

 

Its because of the part number on the ECU, if you check it compared to other years, for example 02 they are different. They are different because the pin outs aren't the same, you have my best wishes if you would like to attempt to hack up your wiring harness to adapt to work with an 02, or even maybe an 00. But with the 03-04's having traction control and electronic throttle bodies ect. i doubt those years will work at all.

 

not my own personal dyno runs but these are from Jet directly. I talked to them, they said a 3.0L stock truck produced 11RWHP, and that my 3.4L with an intake/exhaust would produce 14-15RWHP.
