I went to Micaheal's and got some stick on foam lettering in the scrap book section, I think it was like $3 or so, its sticky enough to stay on the panel while painting. I used the foam so that when the paint dries you can just use tweezers to pull the letters off. That way you don't run the risk of having paint seal to flat sticker lettering and having paint pull off with the stickers.

I had a hell of a time trying to get the blood to turn out right. eventually I got the right shade of red with just the right amount of black to end up with that.

Just for future reference if you want paint plastic like that clean it with a good de-greasing soap like Dawn, hit it lightly with some fine grit sand paper or some of those 3M scuff pad that you can get at any auto store usually red in color just enough to scuff up the entire piece, then prime it with 4-5 light coats of primer, then paint.

I thought about how I should have sanded it down after I finished it but then I ended up liking the look of the actual cover color since it gave it more of a "weathered" look and plus the krylon fusion sticks to plastic really well but this definitely should be kept in mind for those considering this!
