Seemed odd to me too, but in the other thread you can see both tacomas in 1 picture, plus plenty of garage space. I'm giving the OP the big thumbs up and GLWS!

Why you yelling?

 

Brand new member. Two Tacomas for sale? Tacoma sport with chrome grill and rear bumper? And 19K "original" miles?

 

You sure of this? There are several places visible that would indicate otherwise due to being repainted and/or replaced. I suggest full disclosure if you desire to sell these trucks.

If you want specifics:
*Front bumper doesn't line up right indicating it has been removed/replaced
*Scooped hood, chrome grill, chrome bumper, color keyed mirrors and door handles and Sport doesn't add up
*Hood gaps and alignment are out of factory spec as evidenced at fender and grill lines
*Colors of panels are different and have a different 'flop' which you won't find in a factory paint job (ie. compare front door to backdoor & A-pillar, compare rear wheel well arch to bed, compare front clip to everything else)
*The Tacoma badge on the door is a few degrees counterclockwise to body line which also wouldn't be done from the factory

My guess based on this is that it's been in an accident with parts repainted and/or replaced.

Could I be wrong? Sure. Wouldn't be the first time. Post some better pictures proving otherwise but you've got several red flags going on that make this whole thing smell a little bit fishy.

 

how does it smell fishy i could give u the vin number and its a clean tittle plus i have the tittle in hand proving its a clean tittle as well

 

Clean title in your possession only proves it's not salvage. Running a VIN on carfax only proves it doesn't have anything that was reported. That doesn't discredit any of my claims.

 

He's wondering because the colors of the truck don't match up. In both pictures you can clearly see the doors/front fenders are different colors than the A-pillar- which is the type of job a cheap paint store like MAACO would provide after an accident.

Where did you get it, when and how many miles? Low miles doesn't mean much to most buyers if it has a questionable past and obvious repairs that are a mystery to current owner.
