    when it comes time (assuming Joe will start an "official" thread at some point) you have to pm your TW name, real name, and mailing address to the person in charge of "the list". then sometime in November names will be assigned at random to another TW'er. You have to go shopping and get things mailed in time to arrive before xmas. I think we've done a $20 limit on gifts in the past.
