    Hello all,

How do all the forum members clean the engine safely and efficiently. I thought about pressure washing it, but didnt feel all the water would be safe under the hood with all the electrical components. Is my best route to just wet a rag and rub all by hand?

    Thanks in advance!

I just use something like 409...did that today. If you do it regularly you wont need anything else. Any kind of degreaser will work. I've used Simple Green before. Just spray it on, wait a while and hose off. May take a wipe here or there but most times not.

Just hose it off. Dont spray directly at electrical componets.
