    changed out the plugs in my 05 ac v6 6spd run alot better, was slugish and got bad mpg going for a cruise to see ...

    How difficult is that to do? I'm sure there's writeup's on here, I just haven't taken the time to look yet... Aren't you supposed to do it at 100k miles?

    Those usually self eject on the 2v. On the 3v they just snap off in the block
