    785 miles from Denver to Elko NV today. Averaged about 20 mpg even after battling a strong head and crosswind across Wyoming. 50 mpg gusts at one point. Tomorrow only 495 miles to Redding CA then on to the river on Sunday. Pics to follow some day

    I changed my superchargers belt today :) really easy, dont listen to what ppl tell you, that you have to remove the fan, i just loosened the A/C pulley and my steering pump, and thats it :D oh and i also got another speaker to replace my blown driver side one for 5 bucks :D

    The bumper and bed were pretty obviously not level with the rest of the truck so I shimmed the truck bed and straightened out the bumper. I couldn't quite get it "perfect", but it looks a heck of a lot better now than before, IMO.

    Dude it takes awhile to find enough zip ties to hold these things on

    Yeah I'm not so concerned about the actual parts of the sliders that stick out past the rocker panel (I'll be touching those up a lot - including tomorrow) I was more concerned with the frame that was bare metal, gussets, plates etc. I just hit all up with self etching primer and two coats of undercoating.
