    The long and short is there are several versions and some are dirt effing cheap and these suck. They key is to get the ones that nearly identical which includes performance. These ones run about fifty bucks plus shipping and you need to know where to get them. I ordered several pair for me, my wife and my buddies to get a slight price break which basically pays for shipping and I still have a few left. These are the ones that are the same as the newest ones that have a microphone and play/pause and volume controls that work with your phone. Audio quality is identical to the $150 real deal and I know because I bought a pair from Best Buy to try side by side for a week or two and then returned them when I couldn't tell a difference. If anything these cheaper ones had slightly better bass and better mid-range after burn-in. Some say these more expensive knock-offs are made at the same factory but I don't know about that. All I know is I will never buy the real deal and I can almost guarantee you're paying $80 for something I can get you for almost half the price.

Just making sure you don't get taken advantage of because there are a LOT of people trying to pass knock-off Tours as the real deal and pretty much ALL of them you see on Craigslist is not authentic. Since you were on your way to meet someone I assumed it was maybe a CL deal so that's why I was trying to warn you.
