    I like the Cummins.

The rest of the 4Runner makes me wish it would have just spontaneous exploded.

I dont tow enough to warrant the added maintentence and cost of diesel fuel, furthermore colorado gets cold in the winter and diesels dont like to start when it is cold.

only way youll catch me in a diesel is if i got a job being a courier or something and bought a VW tdi ....

The only diesel engines that have some issues in cold weather on cold start ups are the 6.0 or 7.3 PSD unless you have a block heater and use it in the cold months. In general false statement about cold and diesels on start up. Especially the modern diesel engines. Especially in colder climates than Colorado. I never seen or heard of any Generation of Cummins engines not start due to climate temps.

    Pretty much^

block heaters are good but modern diesels will start without them in most cold climates

I'm confused, at 39 seconds he's driving and has a Jeep steering wheel, then at 51 he has a Toyota steering wheel. What gives?

You are missing the point. It does not matter where the smoke comes out its still a smoky POS. They should outlaw this crap. Clean diesel is a bunch of crap unless it is actually clean. Give me your best derp reply at how this is good in any way.

Diesel engines since the 2003 tier emission level do not emit belching smoke in stock form. The smoke shows from diesels are from over fueling and not enough air to compensate until the turbo lights. Majority are young kids who get a diesel truck and put their programmer/tuner on kill with a stock turbo. You fuel more, you need to address air flow to clean it up.

I also would put any newer diesel engine against a gasser, and the diesel will come out on top as clean. Especially the 2008 emissions systems on the diesels.

Unless someone actually owned a diesel, it's a moot point to discuss.
