    I actually think Carl is turning in to a bad ass or a demented pyscho. He has the quickness of glen and trying to bang the farmers daughter. Hes the decision making of Rick. With Darryl's mentality. Any one else laugh when Lori said she not winning any mom of the year awards. I think Rick is starting to relize that Carl can be a productive member of the group. He's starting to side with Carl more. I think that was what the whole deal was about when he told Lori we apreiciate everything you do and walked away.

    Carl could easily turn phsyco. But it's obvious Rick, and the group for that matter trust him. Like when he was on lookout when they were checking the map in Ep. 1. He's clearly able to do stuff, gathering medical supplies. He'll either be groomed to be Ricks right hand man or a nutjob.

    In the books he waffled, and I'm not sure if it was intentional or if it had something to do with writer changes.

    I have no doubt they have their fun when I'm not around. I'd rather them be home doing whatever than at parties most of the night, passing out or driving drunk. Which was common before she found this boy to settle her down.;)




    As for Carl.....seems to be getting pretty confident/cocky to be so young. I think in the end he gets it some how & Rick will learn from this. He'll raise the new baby differently.

    Carl won't die, he had a few near misses in the books but he'll live till the end here. IMO

    I dnt think so. Rick is dealing with threats and only threats. The two inmates he locked in the cell block posed no immediate threat. The other one he let live kinda. He chose to run Rick just secured the exit to maintain the perimeter. That inmate could have survived all he had to do was make a break for gate. And the other db inmate asked Rick to drive a machete thru his skull. Rick still has some shred of humanity left

    I think Rick was off his Rocker until Hershel lived. If you watch he smiled and looked around like he was happy. That could ground him again atleast for a bit.

    He's going nuts, Carl will go nuts, they all will eventually.
