    It should add flex... the old bracket looks like it limits the leaf movement more than the new one will

    That's your best bet... I'm wondering if they intend for you to disgard the factory leaf retainer and use that one that came with he AAL.

    Well, looking at it, that makes sense... I don't think that leaf should go over top of a retainer like that, it'll be awkward when the leaves get flattened otu under load... And look at the length of the new retainer, it's meant to hold all of the leaves.... If I was a betting man, that's where I'd hedge my bets... See what they say though and let us know. ;)
