If your that outta control and retarded then I think you deserve to be beat like that. That wasnt even that bad. That cop had every reason to do that IMO.

why did he not put cuffs on him right away? cause he looked up and said "oh shit, probably shouldn't have done that...who's looking...oh shit...maybe i should call for backup like i should have done about 5 minutes ago.."

sorry i'm all about cops using force and their power when necessary, but this looks to be a case where someone took advantage of being armed with a weapon over an unarmed man and going too far with his defense...

Yeah thats true... shouldnt have let that situation even get to the point where the guy slapped him. Shoulda been in cuffs before that. But at the same time if you assault a cop...
