Hey Guys, my floor jack had a brazilian blowout last night, before I trust this thing to lift my truck again (always with a jack stand... but still). I wanted to see if it were possible to have it rebuilt somewhere locally? It has also been making the loudest squeak for the past few weeks, I feel horrible for my neighbors.

I am in south orange county.

You could probably get one cheaper at harbor freight than it would be to pay some one to fix that one. My dad had a FJ go bad and he checked into getting new seals and he said he could just buy a new one for less. Doesent really answer you question just my .02.

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
x2 but if you have your heart set on it you need to find a place that sells hydraulic hoses and pumps. They may repair it for you but the labor costs might be high. Chances are you just need the seal replaced which is generally only a couple dollar part.

A floor jack would be the last thing i'd buy at harbor freight.

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
The HF jack is a pretty nice jack I have had one for years and it's never failed me. It's sure better then the walmart special the OP has.

I've had a craftsman just about take my thumbs off

Geez, there is no emotional attachment, just thought it might be cheaper to repair it than throw it out. I don't mind a HF jack because I would never work under a car without jack stands anyways, I just need something reliable and that lifts high enough.

HF 3 ton maxes out at 18" -$89.99
HF 4 ton maxes out at 20" -$129.99

Which do you guys suggest for a Tacoma.

Get the one from Costco if it's for the garage. It's $99 and lasts, and covered under the Costco Warranty.

I have a Harbor Freight jack also and its a good lightweight jack to carry in the truck, but I wouldn't use it as a main jack.
