Two weeks ago I picked up a 2011 TRD Sport DblCab 6spd, with Towing, Rear Cam, XM (I think those were the only "options") with 22k on the clock.

It was a lease return, with every possible service record, in absolutely perfect condition... not a single blemish to be found.

Paid $26,500 for it. KBB is $31k+

Certified, so it has 7/100 power train warranty.

Feel like I got a pretty good deal.

I wanted to buy used but as stated earlier, the "resale aura" is off the hook! Now honestly I did not try negotiating on a used Taco but what the market was asking just pushed me towards buying new. Anyway on October 8th I bought a 2013 DCLB TRD Sport (extra value package, no Nav or stereo upgrade) for $30,483. I shopped for several months just looking for the color I wanted.... Would have gone with an OR vs. Sport but you can't get the OR in a LB!

    Good luck with your search!

Fell into my 2010 Tacoma regular cab..only 6600 miles. A couple of scratches but nothing terrible..interior mint, still a little new car smell even haha.

$17k..got a good quote on my 06 Colorado and the 1.9%, plus mine is a Certified.

I found an '06 4x4 SR5 Access cab w/ LSD, fog lights and class IV hitch and 64k mi. for 17470. It has some cosmetic issues but a rattle free ,1 owner truck that was bought and serviced at the same dealer. 4.0 has a tick, FM radio isn't strong and has that slight vibration at pulling out from a stop.

In June 2011, I paid $21,000 for my 2005 DCSB SR5 Tacoma 4x4, with 67k on the ticker. More than I wanted to pay for a 2005, but the miles were not bad. The truck was also formally owned by ARB, and fully equipped by them with all their bells and whistles. It was worth it to me!

2 years ago I bought mine for 17,250 from a private seller (second owner). Im the third
    2005 2.7 access cab 4x4 45,600 miles.
He did a lot of work to it before I bought it:
Tinted windows, spacer lift (already changed it out), 285/75/16 (almost new tires), Doug thorley header, K&N intake, De-badged, flowmaster 40 series muffler (changed), and a lot more stuff I can't really think of off the top of my head. Have a ton of receipts from the guy and he only put ten thousand miles on it in the 3 years he owned it. I think he spent nearly more money on mods then miles he drove it (Have to go through the receipts and ad everything up but its probably pretty close). It was just his vehicle to go skiing and get groceries once in awhile. Have the original purchase sticker with the miles on it from when he bought it.

I couldn't pass it up when I was shopping. Especially since his price was right in my range.

What part of the Burgh you from? I was born and raised in the Pitcairn/Monroeville area.

I bought 2011 DCSB PreRunner TRD OR with 7,300 miles two weeks ago also. Got it for $22,300 before TTT and $24,600 OTD. Cali rapes you on taxes. In PA its taxed after trade in, out here in Cali its before trade in.

I purchased a used 2012 from a Toyota dealership with just over 15,000 miles on it. 4x4 sport long bed double cab. 28,500 and then they have me 8,500 on my 2004 g35 trade in. Put some down and financed 16,000.

Got the same deal except...2010 TRD sport 4x4 with 9k miles from CarMax 1.5 years ago. They will ship trucks between different CarMax dealers which buys you time to do research on the rig before you go check it out. They also hold it for you once it arrives.
