What des population. Density have to do with it. We are the 48th smallest sate, 50% undeveloped, 8 million people approx. where most people live, they are on top of eachother, because of proximity to major cities, NYC, Philly, ac. Don't try pulling knowledge on my little state, or class will be in session. :D

Depends on size of yard, standard lot in urban areas is 50x100 depends on location.

How about math class. Population density equals the number of people in a given area, doesn't matter how big the area is. In fact, being a smaller state that means it has less area of sparse population. Try again.

....and those numbers are meaningless without at least comparing them to relative cost of living. Oh, and lets not forget how many of those people living in NJ earn their money in PA and NY.

Density has nothing to do with undeveloped land. NYC has about 27000 per sq mile. And no undeveloped land practically, but is a fraction the size, I fail to see ur connection

How many commuters come to nj, those numbers are sim antics. More people commute to nj from pa than vice versa. Nj is leading state for pharmaceuticals companies etc etc. I can go all day on this. I know tooo much about this state

I have to agree most of the heavy populated spot on that map are suburbs of Philly and New York City. We will use Boyd as an example. :D

Cost of living has nothing to do with income. If I make 100k in nj or 100k in Texas. I still made 100k. What you can get for it in different places is different. Deflecting the topic is now getting this off subject. Mor desirable ares cost more, plain and simple.

 You really are nuts. If you make 100k in Texas and your house costs 200k vs. making 100k in NJ and your house costs 400k that's a BIG difference. You do not have the ability to afford the same quality of living.

R u all illiterate, what does density have to do with undeveloped land. 50% is undeveloped, regardless of how many people live everywhere else,

Ok stat master, what's the percentage of undeveloped land in NY (not the fucking city) and PA? And you best provide references.
