It's called cost of living, a factual number that is the basis of many things.

I like 4 seasons a year, proximity to NYC, airports, skiing, hiking, white water rafting, etc etc. u can't get that anywhere else, and the food is def better in the Tri state area than anywhere else in the country, I have have been to 42 states, and lived at least 4 months or more in 7 of them between nj and Cali and a few in between

Good for you, I like where I live too.

In the context I'm speaking of it's the same thing. Try to keep up. I'm waiting for those other stats I requested.

Having a hard time finding pa undeveloped land stats, no one seems to admit to living in the state so numbers are hard to find. Ny state is all witness relocation, so their numbers are skewed as well.

Cost of living and quality of living will always be different things :)

"Undeveloped land" must refer to mafia burial grounds and NYC dumping sites.

I had my '99 done by the Ziebart dealer in Wall. Started it back in 2000 and had it touched up every year. It included the undercoat, the rust protection on the paint and interior cleaning. I think it was around $550 the first year and about $120 each year thereafter for five years. After the fifth year, you started over. Personally, I loved it. I've been thinking about getting my '10 and my wife's '07 Camry done by them. Always looked brand new when it came out. Only problem was, the frame rust recall got the truck. Was kinda annoyed at the time that the undercoating didn't protect it, but now seeing how the issue happened, I can see how there was no way to prevent it.

Did you know that ALL of NJ has been inhabited at one point or another and that NONE of it is in it's natural form correct?

Try finding an old growth forest in NJ.

The only reason Wharton is the largest single tract of undeveloped park land is because the government enacted the first ever "State Forest Service" in 1905 to stop Joseph Wharton from using it to sell Philly clean water.

Done...just remind me when it get's closer.

That's Camden not suburbs of Philly

    LOL

Not true, I said undeveloped, not uninhibited. Explore more of the north and u will see these areas. I am beginning to think that the education in south jersey n pa is lacking in an alarming way. The trees that grow in nj forests and are native to nj don't live 150/200+ years regularly, the type of trees are different than those in the south and west. And being "the garden state" logging was huge and it happened, but that's why I said undeveloped, not uninhabited. :D:mad:;):p:rolleyes::):cool:

so? if your house takes up half your property its still a small piece of property. doesnt matter location.

this has absolutely nothing to do with what you are debating. keep your shit straight and quit going off on tangents.

    absolutely fucking irrelevant.. :notsure:

    exactly
    you haz references?

actually cost of living does have to do with income. places with lower cost of living have lower salaries, places with higher cost of living have higher salaries. if you compare your average annual income numbers from before to the average cost of living in each state, you will see what the numbers really mean.

    uhhhh where do i sign?
and its not that people dont live there because there is limited work. there is limited work because not a lot of people live there. guess your schools didnt teach about the industrial revolution?

ok.. first of all.. illiterate means "cant read or write" so the fact that hes on the internet means he can in fact, read and write...

wtf? youre listing activities that are not only not in your usual list of hobbies, but also activities that this area is not known for. if you want to ski, you dont live in nj. and food? thats all a matter of opinion. i believe the food network would host all of their shows in NJ if that was true.

    excuse me?

    and youre still arguing why??

every fucking week a new fucking argument for no fucking reason.

All I said 50% of nj UNDEVELOPED, uneducated bitches like ur self don't have reading comprehension skills and can't un der stand anything.

Yes fucking every fucking week a fucking new fucking argument because hey, fuck you. Everyone has to prove how smart they are by trying to pick on shit I say, fine, but if u r wrong, I will tell u. And at 24, don't try giving life advice, ur so wet behind the ears that if u read half the shit u wrote in 10 years from now, you would kick your own ass.

    Have a great night,
