I recently purchased a sweet black 1st gen DC 4x4 TRD rig with the "SR5 color keyed package" that's pretty much all stock and came with a awesome A.R.E. camper shell with a perfect paint match. I also swapped the original rims with the newer style taco rims and saving up for some sliders. No buyers remorse here!

I love the look of those wheels on your 1st gen! Did you need to install spacers or trim anything? What size tires you running?

Thanks for the complement! No spacers or trimming really needed, however when I do a complete full turn of the wheel, the edge of the front tire rub slightly on the frame, no biggie. I'm looking to eventually get a little lift to fix that.

The tires are BFG T/A KOs 265/75/R16 (I recently mounted new ones on). I'm sure you won't have the slight rubbing problem at full turn if you do the stock aspect ratio size of 70.

Here's an updated pic with the BFGs white lettering out :)

Thanks for the info! I've really been wanting to put 2nd gen 16's on, but got concerned since some stated that spacers were needed..
Man I cannot get over your truck! Especially with the new all terrains on! And I'm a lil jealous that its black (my dream color), while mine is silver.. But what can I say, I bought it with only 48k on it so I got over the color quick!
