Anybody know of a shop where I can get CB equipment? I'm trying to get stuff by the weekend, so I can test it out on the trails so I don't want to order online.

In specific, looking for a Firestik door jamb mount, and a fold-over mount for the antenna.

    Thanks!

Unfortunately HRO does not sell CB equipment, they sell Amateur and some Commercial radio gear. I would not recommend radio shack. CB shops in SoCal are pretty much gone, I suggest reading reviews asking other owners and buy a CB online.

Satoshi, debadged, rear view mirror bracket, tail gate hose clamps, trimmed mud flaps.
    Fry's Electronics.

    They sell Uniden and Cobra.

Not sure about their antena selection though.

Frys is good for radios... Antennas, try Walcott and order online...

I use a 49 inch whip and it has good range...

Oh wait you need it this weekend....

Frays does have some standard fiberglass antennas but they aren't always stocked...

I've had good luck with rightchannelradios.com good selection of cobra, Wilson, uniden and acessories. Found that most flying j truck stops have a decent selection but prices are a bit high

Thanks for the replies! The weekend is gone, but I'm still looking.

I actually have a Cobra 29 and a 4ft Firestik tunable tip, but I'm really looking for the door jamb mount and fold over so I can lay it flat when entering parking structures, etc.

Ahhh, so theres where HRO would come in handy, I have seen mobile antenna mounts that are also quick connects, likewise I have seen mounts and antennas that are fold overs too, you may be able to make something work.

what kind of mount can i get for my first gen dcsb? i want to mount it right in the bed behind the cab on the what i would consider edge/rail or whatever you want to call it.

hows the mount in this kit? my bed has a spray in liner that goes on the top of the bedsides as well. would that create problems for a ground? does the mount necessarily have to be touching metal or will it be fine on my bed ?

lol last question: will the top side of the bed rust if i drill into it for the mount?
