1. I'd paint it black, IMO. Other thoughts are gunmetal? Color match?

2. I leave the hoop off or make a different one

3. Depends on what you want to do/what kind of lights you want. Low profile bumper, satoshi, and lights behind the bumper always looks good.

 

added a trans cooler hopefully will save the transmission from premature death

are you manual or auto and did you regear?

 

It's an auto regeared to 4.88

 

About 3inches from the stock bottom, I put the tire at full bump and gave myself 1insh clearance

 

Cheaper then you might think

If I had the stock parts, I could've done it for under $100 (assuming you have a welder, etc) and the cost of tires

subbed ... i have a set of 35's in my garage waiting for me to do somethin with em. now convincing the old man to let me do any sort of cutting on my truck ... thats a different story lol

Already did the lights; they replaced the grill, and finished the front bumper ill post some pics later (if I get around to it)

 

do trans coolers work for manuals? cause if so id like to get one. but where from?

 

Ya I understand its not a easy job and requires some good fabbing. Just don't think pops wants me to get it cut

 

if you want to mount the larger tires you could look into a drop bracket lift or body lift, neither is the best solution but you can get bigger tires with no cutting.
1 more thing, you have a double cab and the tires may have clearance issues with the rear of the cab (something I didnt worry about with an extra cab)

 

No such thing as a manual trans cooler, cause your gear box is bathed in oil and doesnt circulate the oil. Automatics circulate the trans fluid through the valvebody and clutch disks
