    1. I'd paint it black, IMO. Other thoughts are gunmetal? Color match?

    2. I leave the hoop off or make a different one

    3. Depends on what you want to do/what kind of lights you want. Low profile bumper, satoshi, and lights behind the bumper always looks good.:D

    About 3inches from the stock bottom, I put the tire at full bump and gave myself 1insh clearance

    If I had the stock parts, I could've done it for under $100 (assuming you have a welder, etc) and the cost of tires

    Take a look at the trails less traveled tacoma, there's templates and a lot more info on how much you need to cut

    if you want to mount the larger tires you could look into a drop bracket lift or body lift, neither is the best solution but you can get bigger tires with no cutting.
    1 more thing, you have a double cab and the tires may have clearance issues with the rear of the cab (something I didnt worry about with an extra cab)

    No such thing as a manual trans cooler, cause your gear box is bathed in oil and doesnt circulate the oil. Automatics circulate the trans fluid through the valvebody and clutch disks
