Lol well last night my friend texts me the link on craigslist, and i figured i should just upgrade to them cause it was an awesome price so i did :) haha

Hahah thats what i thought too.. he said the coils were a little short so ill have to find some longer ones. Oh and how do i know what condition the uniballs are in?

Whats a good way to clean em?

I'd call DSM man. Then when you ship them to get rebuilt have them mount up some different coils then of your choice.

Well if they are super smooth and shiney or have small grooves in them from small rock getting in there I'd get new ones. Pretty cheap.

well don't rush them on. Id hold off and get em rebuilt right and what not. Plus..are they extended travel? if not..then its still not even mid travel  but will be way nicer then what you have. Those precomressed 881s must ride like hell haha

I meant the preloaded 881s, they bounce too much for me.

Pretty sure the drivers side has like 8" springs and the passenger side has like 12" ones. The drivers side is the cranked to hell one and the other one looks semi-normal. I left them after installing them and it sits perfectly level, no leaning to the left or right. So im thinking he had a spring laying around or something and threw em on there just to sell them.

:yay: midtraveled now!! :D me and my friend got busy right after school and put everything in. the ball joints were a pain in the ass but it was worth it! tested em out today with some whoops, they did awesome! The back just started to fly off the ground a little bit lol but they actually ride pretty good with the coils even though they arent the right ones, so i cant wait to see what theyre like with new ones.

Im not ready to rebuild them yet either, I need to do a lot of research on valving, coil length, and what spring rate I want :)

Try getting a piece of like 1.5" strap to run under your bumper to act as a big washer. I'd get it long enough so that both lights go into the same piece and then about 6-10" off the lights. You'll have to take the bumper off though to do that..

So after selling my hellas i plan on either saving for some 7" kragens HID's/LED bar, or getting new coils for my coilovers. Which would you guys do first?
