Haha that sounds like the losing sound on a game show. As for house party... That wouldn't be too difficult, since the place comes with a pool table.

 

Hahaha yeah I'm a real person not just a back up file, I'm starting to take on more at the family business so I'm putting in more hours and finding it hard to find some down time to hang out. Can't wait to meet some taco enthusiasts though, I've been waving at any tacos out there with some mods. Although I mostly get waves back from the 4runner crowd

 

Anyone interested in getting in on the group buy for an ultra gauge? Anyone have any experience with them? It would be nice to monitor my fuel consumption, along with everything else, in real time. They are expecting over 150 people to get in on the group buy so they will cost around 45 bucks. Then there is a 9 dollar rebate ontop of that. The only thing I noticed was that I was quoted 28 bucks for shipping here. So if there are a few of us who want one maybe we could get them to ship them all in the same package.

I have one already. You can take a look at it if you like. I think it's helpful, but realistically, all I use it for is fuel fill ups and oil change reminders. That's it.

It monitors 63 different sensors on my truck.

 

Just fun'n with ya. Yeah there are a lot of mod'ed Tacoma's running around HRM. I see a lot DC/Burnside area. And there's the odd reg cab, X-Runner, and Prerunner also.

Thanks for the heads-up. I'm not really into those things. I keep track of millage and fuel on a Excel spreadsheet. I, myself don't see the need for real-time data on that type of thing.

Alright, I was just checking to see if anyone else was interested. I probably should cut back on the spending money on things I dont really "need" for a while.. seems like every time I turn around im throwing another hundred bucks at the truck... which reminds me, time for an oil change, and a tailgate lock...

looking into it now. I think for the extra 40 bucks I will probably go with the electric one. Looking into whether or not they make one with a manual release I can hide somewhere underneath..

 

Where did you end up purchasing your lock at Frank? I know I probably asked that last night but I forgot already..
