As the old saying goes, "abs are made in the kitchen"...........:D
Summer is over, isn't anyone else thru with dieting?
Believe if I lived in a warmer climate, would be inclined to stay very lean throughout the year. Now the pools are closed here in Illinois and long sleeves rule the day :(

There's no reason to lose your abs, even in the winter. Why work so hard than cover it back up only to set u back?

Understand, I dieted for 6 months to get very lean and achieved that. Still training religiously, but upping the calories now will inevitably blur ones midsection somewhat.

I've never had abs in my life. Now is the closest I've come to it. Not going to throw it away just because I live in the cold. Maybe if I keep my diet the same and working out harder, they'll get here.

Not true 100%. Introduced slowly it can be done. I started at 263pro/203c/42g fat in Aug...refeed days were 245/300/30

    As of today:
    282/243/93 and 260/451/33 for refeeds

I'm still at 9% as posted yesterday....slow and steady wins the race IMO

I wouldn't get carried away on the supplements yet and use the $$ to buy a few xtra Costco size steaks? I do use a protein supp post workout though.

I call b.s. are you stating that your abs are as defined when you're heavier?
I'm referring to overall weight gain, not just lean tissue.

I agree, to some extent. I've met several pro bodybuilders at seminars, and they look nothing like they do when dieting for a competition. Huge, certainly, but not ripped with razor-sharp abs as depicted in the photo of the female prior :)

I want to be 10% on the left (I think many people do).

10% on the right. Milk and squat like someone referenced earlier. I've read somewhere a gallon/day.

Does onion have any good nutritional values? Or do they just taste good and make your breath stink?

Ive been bulking up lately and eating a lot of hard boiled eggs throughout the day. Found that a dab of honey on a hard boiled egg white is like crack. The.honey overpowers the egg and taste delicious. Give it a shot.

And your farts clear out whatever room you're in or around.

One hour shoulder blaster workout today.

Standing over head press, 10x6 at 125 lbs. I can do 5x6 at 135 but....I wanted to pump out the sets.

5x6 front plate raise supersetted with upright barbell row.

    Rear dumbbell flye's.

    Lateral raises.

    And done.
