Explain. The only over and back's I know are either decline pull overs (Lats) or flat barbell pull overs (chest)

When you superset, is it done after the last set or is it done after every set?

For example, you do 5 sets of plate raises. Are the upright rows after the 5 set only or after every set?

I did 6 reps front plate raises and immediately after did 6 reps upright rows.

    5 sets of this.

Back day for me when I get off work. Started to incorperate bent over rows about 4 months ago, with A bar and 2 plates (started with two 35s on each side). Been seeing all kinds of gainsssssss.

    1x5 65lb
    1x3 75

    work

    1x5 85
    1x5 95
    1x11 105

    assistance

    5x10 65

then some assisted chin/pull ups on the machine because I can't do much without it.

I agree with this 100%. I gained more weight and size now since I dropped supplements all togther, and concentrated more on just eating foods than taking protein powders plus supplements.

Whole food is king. I'm still a believer in multi-vitamin, BCAA's, Omega 3's and liver care<----stuff you can't always get from every meal you ingest.

    I'm also a Pre-workout junkie :D

Hey, Kodiak what's was that diet plan you referred me to a while back? Something like little to no carbs all week and 1-2 days of whatever.

meh. i'm sure they're quite taxing and will burn you out quickly but there's no full extension and too much room to "cheat" with the movement.

i'll try em just for shits and gigs but i doubt i'll start doing them regularly

Im by no means relying on protein shakes (Thats all I have, just post work out protein), I know that eating food is what really gets you bigger.

Ya, 10% bf with more muscle looks better in comparison. Slowly get bigger all over and then small cuts will work better.

I do the same to get my protein up where I need it but have done the "supplement stacks" before to no avail! Just my .02! :D
(I do like post WO protein, aminos and vitamins)

Anabolic Diet??.......liked that one but my re-feed days turned to shit and metabolic conditioning was crap during the week! Heavy lifting and/or slower runs felt GREAT though with tons of energy on the low carbs days!

I used to take those things. My favorites were Hemo Rage and Jack3d. I know Hemo Rage was banned and I think Jack3d is as well or on its way to be banned by FDA. I hated White Flood.

Felt like I was on E after finishing my workout with Hemo Rage.

All I take now is Opti-Men multis and protein powder after the gym. I was just trying to help him find a cheaper place to buy than directly from bodybuilding.com.

Kind of cool how your urine turns neon green. lol :D

Also asparagus makes your piss stink.
