I would say Moab was hard wheeling. You didn't really do any hard trails (neither did I sadly). And you almost flipped on seven mile which if I'm honest..wasn't hard..

The bags are going to keep you at stock rear flew or less which is not what you want. Our IFS limits us enough. You need ever bit outa the rear on our trucks.

I can tell you that on the lander trails..it is going to hurt you more then help..

Now I know your all about the experience and just getting out which I am too. But I also like a good hard trail with it. Makes it alllllll the sweeter :) but if you just want to keep your rig on the easier stuff and just enjoy getting out. Totally understand and makes sense.

Me..I like a little hardcoreness factor

I don't like it actually haha not that much..

Hate where the lights are. And I like the rear setup other then it looks like he has no up travel hardly at all?

I am curious about it thoug..it's like a flip pack thing but..not..

Yea had my old cab not had 3 holes in the roof I would just flat bedded my old bed somehow.

It makes sense but idk if I like em. Only seen a few I really like and they are usually on SAS rigs.

I'm planning on welding up storage cubbies in my bed to help with space. Even on the sides like the 2nd gen bed especially once I can afford glass bed sides..some FS here..wants too much tho and won't ship

I've been contemplating approaching CVT to see if they would do another group buy this year.

See? I haz a plan. I just don't know that I have the patience to head up a GB and deal with the idiot questions :goingcrazy:

Monte...what was the lead time from the close of the GB to shipping?

He shipped them fast. I ordered mine on a Monday and had it by Friday I think  no longer then week I think.

As long as who ever heads up the GB keeps Bobby informed of the participants he will ship them fast. Last time we didn't like wait for everyone to pay then get our tents. Especially cause we had the minimum of 18 so damn fast.

I really like the truggy style built trucks. Flatbed with a rollcage. Thats the way to go!

I wonder how my All Pro standard leafs would handle a bed rack and RTT. Think i can ad an ALL or should i just upgrade to the expo leafs?

    Mike paid 700ish

Take the price they have listed then add 250 for shipping then take off 30%.

I paid 1200 almost exactly for mine shipped. Granted idk what kind of discount they would offer again.

Well I think it would handle just a RTT and small rack easy. But with a rear bumper and full load of gear they will sag..I don't think you can add an AAL to them the way they are made..or maybe that's the expos..

Really depends on what else your gonna do to it I think..

Well my plan with my rig will be to build it into a overland truck. Probly keep the suspension where it is for a while, get some really light f/r bumpers, bed rack with spare mount, and an RTT.

Then once im done that id like to pick up 85-89 toyota pickup or 4runner and turn it into a crawler.

You'll probably need an AAL then I bet. Tim was telling me that his standards couldn't hold a lot of weight..but I don't know a lot about their capacity.

Neither is a 4runner I think. Single cab taco wouldn't be bad. But honestly..I'd just build a whole car for a crawler lol
