lift it, or sliders and level?

Here's my situation. I sold a bicycle, got $1000 for it. I spent about 100 bucks getting stuff for the new house. so i'm left with about $900.
Now, your opinion comes in...
I can either get 5100's all around, and wheelers 5 leaf pack. or i could just level the front with 5100's, and get some sliders to get me over the tougher obstacles.
what do you think?
I am selling a honda shadow, and going to buy a sport bike, so the extra money could go towards that if I go sliders and level it out.
my truck's main use is DD and camping, no crazy wheeling.
and once i get a new sport bike i'll be riding to work, so whatchya think?

 

haha well, maybe what we consider crazy is different. I've already mangled the rockers enough. i'll be getting sliders either way, but if I'm taller I can get them when the funds come in.

 

go with the 5100's and the wheelers 5 pack leaves....and get some 881 ome's too......what i have and its great!!! save up for some revenge-fab sliders..........awesome price on them already.....and they are solid!!

 

On the contrary.... when you're stock and sitting low to the ground, you NEED sliders (atleast, where I wheel you do).

 

Since you never mentioned about buying bigger tires.....

I'd bypass the lift until you can get bigger tires.

I'd get the sliders first.

 

I am running 265 75 16 bfg at's right now, they are stuffed in there and rubbing a bit so with the lift they would work nicely
