FALL 2012 TRAIL RUN/CAMPING TRIP

Hell yeah man, I dont have class on Friday so I dont have anything better to do. Ill be bringing my husky along as well.

 

I been debating whether or not to bring my mutt out. She is a camping wheeling dog. But how can i bring one without the other. I dont know. Knowing me i will decide the last min. But like i said earlier i wont be up till around 10pm ish. Depends on how good yall directions are. Haha

 

how far will we be from a gas station in case we need to fill up on gas, ice or beer?

 

We give good directions haha! None of the trails are far apart and the mountain isnt that big so gas wont be a problem. But in Summer Haven supplies will be expensive so you woul most likely have to go down the mountain into town.

 

If I end up going David, we can roll together.

Damn this week needs to fly by! I dont have a day off till this trip. So pumped.

Alright so its been awhile since i looked at this thread haha, it is still mt lemmon and yes it will be cold as shit!! either way im stoked for this trip! im heading up sometime in the morning/early afternoon to secure a spot...still havent found crime scene tape but i figure something out

 

I wanted to at least do the drive up with everyone but I wount be back from SEMA yet....

Either way I'll block it off with cones haha! I love the cold. My dog loves the cold. The gf, eh, not so much haha. It will be a blast.

 

Just get a jason mask and wonder around carrying a chainsaw
. I think that will pretty much keep everyone away from the campsite. Haha

 

Ill be heading up friday too. Meet spot is the circle k in oracle at 10:00 am right? Cant wait... need a campfire n beer in my life right about now haha.

So just found out my girl is taking off to phx for the weekend. So im bringing my dogs. Only 2 medium size . Anyone other than mike bringing there's? How old is your husky mike?

 

He is a puppy about 19 mo old and very well mannered with other dogs besides being a little hyper sometimes. He isn't aggressive and has No ballz since about 6 mo so he doesn't care about dominance.

 

Both mine are well mannered. Well my 2 year old is well mannered. And the other is a about a year old rott. Who gets very excited when camping and loves to play. Im sure they will get along just fine. I have trained them very well when camping so i dont need to keep them leashed they usually stay around the camp fire or me.

 

I have to leash kuma, he is just too curious. His best friend is the biggest German shepherd I have ever seen and they get along great so I am sure he will do fine.

 

Yeah i will be bringing leashes and teathers etc. For when they decide to go explore. But they come back as soon as i call. And they only go explore when i forget to watch and pay attention to them for 30the seconds. I have used them to train a few friends dogs for camping hiking purposes. Is it a campsite we are staying at? As in like camp host bathrooms trash cans rules?
