Not really excited about anything but the Bama / MS game tonight. I'm sure Texas A&M will bury my Tigers....only to further out embarrassment in the West. :pout:...Still gonna root 'em on and hope / pray for a win! War Eagle!

Just read how Auburns Pres. is evaluating the program. Your coach should be looking for another job right now. Worst start in 60 years.

See the common word here? That's all we have and that isn't even very high. Hope big, expect little.

Here's my take. Everybody thinks we have the talent to win, just not the coaching. I think we have the big play capability to pull it off but that is more so in the passing game which the wind will reek havoc on. Our O line is weak, their D front is strong, again the wind killing the passing game making the game one dimensional so they will focus on the run killing our strength in running just like SC did. We some how have to have a passing game to win.

On D I think we will be fired up after Williams calling out the team and if Jarvis Jones is back and at full strength. The big question is how well our D plays? We will need the D because the scoring will be little IMO, for us at least.

    So the keys are

    How our D steps up
O line needs to man up
Murray needs to protect the ball and run when he needs to

The only one of these I see possibly happening is the D stepping up and if that happens it's pretty sad because it was a player, not the coaching staff making it happen.

I see UF scoring early on a couple for a couple of drives then the D settles but it's too late since we won't be able to move the ball consistently.

If it wasn't for the wind I would have a little more hope, we need to break some big plays to stay in the game.

You are giving rock chock Gay U some credit. I don't think their offense can muster more than 21.

his knee bent in half in a direction it was never intended to bend. He's out for the season and maybe the rest of his football career

    That's my guess too

With his knee/leg injury history...NFL teams arent gonna want to take too many chances with him

Maybe as a kick returner, but not an every down back. I see him going late rounds if any... and if not, then he will be a great scout team back.

He could be the holder for field goals

I think all yall might be right. Human knees weren't built to go that way. That was one of the ugliest injuries I have ever seen.

Hate to see Lattimore hurt again. I'm still about 15 minutes away from home, haven't seen a tv all day so far so I have no clue what is happening in all the games, but, go OU, Tennessee, and most of all, GO DAWGS! Shock the world

I was super impressed with the show of respect that both teams showed for Lattimore

Benches cleared and circled him as they picked him up to put him on the cart

It's crazy watching the slow motion replay of that hit. His knee is completely destroyed. I would be surprise if he ever played football again. It's sad.
